Precise strengthens Precise Visit by EastCoast with new access control capabilities

Precise Biometrics, a pioneer in cybersecurity and biometrics, strengthens its visitor management system Precise Visit by EastCoast with new access control capabilities, enabling an even more seamless and secure visitor experience.

The new access capabilities, brought in from Precise’s biometric access solution Precise Access, enable a seamless connection between the visitor management journey and the physical access experience. The update introduces new features and integrations with several of the leading physical access control systems in the Scandinavian market, including RCO, Integra, and ARX — as well as global players such as Genetec and Avigilon.

With the new capabilities and integrations, visitors can now check in and seamlessly gain door access directly via Precise Visit, using biometric authentication such as face or palm recognition, or a QR code — providing enhanced security, a first-class visitor experience, and increased administrative efficiency.

This development responds to a growing market trend towards higher security requirements and more seamless digital visitor journeys. By connecting visitor management and access control, organizations can improve both security and efficiency. The functionality also supports use cases such as unmanned front desks, coworking spaces, and multi-tenant environments.

As part of its growth strategy, Precise continues to broaden the functionality of Precise Visit, expand geographically and increase the share of cloud-based subscriptions.

With these latest integrations, Precise Visit by EastCoast further strengthens its position as a leading visitor management solution — combining security, convenience, and scalability to meet the evolving needs of modern organizations.

Joakim Nydemark, CEO of Precise Biometrics, comments:

"We are pleased to introduce new access control integrations in Precise Visit by EastCoast. These capabilities allow organizations to move beyond simple check-in to a fully secure, convenient, and automated visitor flow. The combination of biometrics and digital access control strengthens both security and user experience — while reducing the need for manual administration."
